Symptom

I downloaded the file "tscRelationship.air" and double-clicked it, but I get a message from Windows saying no application is associated with the file.

Cause

Adobe AIR is not installed on your system. The tsc Relationship™ software requires the Adobe AIR Installer to install and use the application.

Solution

Download and install the FREE Adobe AIR installer from Adobe at http://get.adobe.com/air/. Once AIR is installed, re-launch "tscRelationship.air" to install it.
